Instead I get rid of all of the icons and use very short text names 1-4 chars. The only valid icon is with Google Voice and it is the generic Google favicon. Ready to be used in web design, mobile apps and presentations. I would do the exact opposite, as there are essentially no favicons of any use on what I have on my own toolbar.
